Senior Accountant

About the Role:

• This is an exciting opportunity to join an AI forward accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller.
• You will own a large part of the accounting functions with a focus on AI enablement.
• We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations during monthly close.
• Recording transactions in Rillet and managing Ramp for AP, corporate cards, and employee reimbursements.
• Managing revenue (ASC 606) and billing in Maxio, and assisting with customer collections.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with SaaS industry experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven track record of using AI in daily work and self-sufficient priority management.
