Lead all phases of regional partner programs to enable the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for students
Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with partner stakeholders including institutional leaders, administrators, and instructors
Managing processes, workstreams, project timelines, and reporting across the partnership

Competencies and Skills:

Critical Thinking, including problem analysis, and analytical problem solving
Creative Thinking, including design thinking, and an innovation mindset
Effective Communication, including emotional intelligence, information literacy, and clear written and oral communication

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in university-based academic administration, executive education management, education program management, or management consulting
Experience with instructional design, especially developing skills-focused or interdisciplinary courses
Desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and primarily remote organization
