Regional Childcare Director

As the Regional Director of Childcare Centers, you will manage a team of 15+ caregivers across childcare sites, primarily communicating remotely. Support caregiver recruitment, training, and professional development and retention, including creating individualized professional development plans where relevant, conducting regular check-ins, and administering performance reviews. Assist with driving enrollment of new families and utilization of services across sites. You must have 3+ years of experience in a multi-site management or operations role with a successful track record managing employees remotely.
