Senior Product Manager, CRM & GTM Systems

What You'll Do:

• Own the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain across Salesforce and the GTM tech stack.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, RevOps, and engineering to translate business strategy into prioritized system capabilities.
• Mentor BSAs in product thinking while driving initiatives end-to-end from discovery through launch and measurement.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or revenue operations technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of lead capture, scoring, routing, conversion, and marketing automation platforms.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering on API design, data modeling, and integration trade-offs.

• You'll be one of the first product managers on a team transforming from reactive BSA support to a proactive product organization.
• The L2O domain sits at the top of the revenue funnel, where data quality and routing impact every seller.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range for US residents is $104,800 to $176,400, plus equity and benefits.
