Program + Partnership Development (RFPs/Briefings):
- Lead the approach to proposal development or response to briefs.
- Develop and articulate influencer campaign and creator strategies.
- Present agency partnership / account management approaches.
Program Delivery (Campaigns, Servicing):
- Setting the Revenue Delivery teams up for success.
- Supports the strategic vision and goals of accounts.
- Identify opportunities to optimize/upsell or pivot based on performance, trends, or client needs.
Reporting & Analytics (Campaign Reports, Partnership Reports, QBRs):
- Partner with the Analytics team to develop hypotheses for content performance.
- Responsible for shaping the story & narrative of program performance.
- Engage with your account leader on opportunities to translate learnings into longer-term relationship or revenue growth.
