Job Description

Own and evolve Restaurant365’s end-to-end monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. Establish and lead pricing governance processes to drive consistency, accountability, and executive alignment. Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success to ensure pricing and packaging strategies align with margin goals, product value, and go-to-market execution. Lead internal rollout of pricing changes through detailed enablement plans, sales tools, and objection-handling resources. Conduct and leverage market research, customer interviews, and competitor pricing analysis to inform strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging monetization models, and SaaS best practices. Design and run pricing experiments and A/B tests to evaluate elasticity, adoption, and revenue impact. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
