Job Description
As part of Hostinger's affiliate team you’ll play a critical role in affiliate acquisition for all of our products: Web Hosting, Website Builder, VPS, Domains and Horizons across all markets, including both: inbound and outbound partner acquisition. You will develop and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for both: inbound and outbound partners. Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various verticals and markets, including close tracking of competitor activities.
Manage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: emails, automations, activation campaigns. Be fully hands-on with the outreach campaigns. Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance and attract new partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, and campaigns tailored to affiliates. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels. This position requires 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
