About the Role:
- Be an integral member of the go-to-market team.
- Work directly with Customer Success teams.
- Provide new Fieldguide customers with seamless onboarding experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Build champions and cultivate customer knowledge.
- Advocate for the customer and communicate customer needs internally.
- Mitigate risks and develop action plans.
About You:
- Experience in financial audit or assurance.
- Hands-on experience with technology consulting or customer onboarding.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
