Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and sit in on customer meetings.
  • Manage stakeholder time and technical resources effectively on open deals.
  • Routinely engage with all relevant engagement stakeholders.

Additional tasks:

  • Keep track of quote requests to partners.
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming renewals.
  • Actively reach out to new incoming leads within a consistent minimum SLA.

Qualities We Look For:

  • Identify potential engagement risks and surface to internal stakeholders appropriately.
  • Maintain engagement documentation in Salesforce and provide regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet Inflect’s quality standards as well as client expectations.
