Job Description
The Associate Knowledge Management Specialist will serve as a contributor, curator and publisher for internal and external information resources including communications, articles that support games on the Battle.net platform and CS policies, game content, and process guides. The specialist will resolve CS information requests. As a key member of customer support, the specialist is expected to maintain and preserve Blizzardโs culture of excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of their work.
Responsibilities include coordinating subject matter expertise to develop content needs and outlines, acting as a curator for the internal and external knowledge base, assisting with the writing of internal and external communications, and providing editorial support for other information resources as requested.
