Strategy & Operations Manager, New & Emerging Business

Be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of our new and emerging business units. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll work cross-functionally with our commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance and ensure delivery on critical initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation of analytical skills, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and project leadership to deliver on Fetch’s next wave of growth. You will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations (Product & Technology). Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to utilize data-driven insights to deliver strategic decision-making and recommend new courses of action. Manage operational plans and execution of business-critical projects, ensuring alignment with high-level strategy. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide visibility to executives.
