You shape and further develop the trade terms framework to drive profitable growth. You provide strategic insights through financial simulations, pricing analysis, and promo evaluation. You support Key Account Managers in negotiations with retailers, including trade term adjustments and investment decisions. You maintain and refine the master pricing framework across list, purchase, and net-net prices, ensuring consistency and transparency. You analyze sales and promo performance and translate findings into clear commercial actions. You deliver pricing and promotional recommendations, factoring in competition and market dynamics in close collaboration with our Market Insights Team. You contribute to the international pricing and trade investment strategy, initially focused on Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. You work closely with Finance, Brand & Commercial Operations teams to align on investment and pricing decisions. You prepare impactful reports and presentations that enable management and sales teams to make informed decisions.
