Job Description

Drive revenue growth through data-led and AI-driven onboarding and activation campaigns, working with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize programs across email, in-app, and other channels. Use customer insights to inform lifecycle transitions, run experiments, and create a seamless experience that fuels customer activation and revenue growth. Lead and optimize onboarding and activation marketing programs that drive account expansion and reinforce the Twilio brand. Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed campaigns that customize engagement across the customer lifecycle.
