Job Description
The Medical Malpractice Attorney will be responsible for drafting correspondence, pleadings, and opinion letters. They will also review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege, prepare for and attend depositions, and coordinate with witnesses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes. The Attorney will communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and other staff. This position offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.
