Digital Transformation and Delivery Lead - Environmental Remediation Sector

Digital Strategy and Opportunity:

• Look across the remediation business to identify where maturing digital technology creates value through new systems, enhancements, or improved processes.
• Define required resources, timing, and expected benefits, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Set and evolve the digital roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by value, urgency, complexity, and capacity.

Delivery Leadership and Execution:

• Lead delivery of digital initiatives across new and existing engagements, performing hands-on solution work including configuration on Smartsheet and Microsoft platform.
• Oversee delivery to ensure initiatives meet scope, timing, quality, and benefit within corporate standards.
• Lead technology selection, matching tools to needs while adhering to corporate direction.

Resourcing and Solution Quality:

• Assess business capability gaps and recommend resourcing strategies, coordinating matrixed resources to support initiatives.
• Act as translation layer between business and technical teams, converting needs into clear direction and explaining constraints.
• Implement QA/QC processes, review solution designs for scalability and usability, and develop SOPs and playbooks.
