• The Client Billing Specialist – Floater is a back-office billing operations role supporting the team.
• Handles day-to-day billing processing and rotates across portfolios for coverage.
• Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, spreadsheet savvy, and collaborative.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures accurate and timely billing and resolves billing cases.
• Analyzes billing trends and implements process improvements.
• Coordinates with internal departments for accurate invoicing.
