Revenue & Billing Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues by identifying root causes and improving processes.
• Contribute to MRR/ARR reporting and automate routine finance tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable in a subscription environment.
• Strong reconciliation skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work autonomously in an async-first remote team.
