Revenue & Billing Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Manage customer billing lifecycle including invoicing, subscriptions, refunds, and credit notes.
• Handle accounts receivable, collections, and dunning with direct customer resolution.
• Reconcile billing, payments, and subscription data to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

• Experience owning customer billing and AR/collections in a SaaS environment.
• Strong reconciliation and Excel skills.
• Ability to improve processes through automation and AI.
