Senior Trainer, Revenue Sales Enablement

Training & Facilitation Excellence:

• Lead dynamic courses for Customer Support Specialist and Client Relationship Manager programs.
• Guide employees through self-led learning content and take ownership of impactful sessions.
• Maintain knowledge across functional areas, delivering training that integrates complex processes.

Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to Sales leaders and Enablement Managers.
• Drive the creation of innovative training processes and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Proactively review and refine training content at regular intervals, ensuring accuracy and currency.

Strategic Partnership & Cultural Advocacy:

• Serve as an ambassador for Human Interest and Enablement, ensuring a successful onboarding journey.
• Partner with Sales leadership and subject matter experts to review training needs and pinpoint knowledge gaps.
• Cement training culture by demonstrating the inherent value of training across the organization.
