Leadership and Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance and operations structure of the agency.
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams including media buyers, designers, copywriters, social media, and account managers.
- Implement management rituals such as meetings, one-on-ones, feedback cycles, and performance follow-ups.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Review and guide paid media strategies, ensuring technical excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize operational processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity.
Qualifications and Culture:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.
- Proven experience in agency or multi-client marketing environments with prior leadership.
- High autonomy in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment with international clients.
