Overview:

  • As a Senior Sales Engineer, provide technical and subject matter expertise to the Global Sales Team.
  • Operate as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, leading complex discovery engagements and building executive-level business cases.
  • Drive deals across multi-stakeholder organizations to win new business with leading retail and brand clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solutions discovery process for technical and functional value propositions of retailer and brand solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, and product demonstrations in person and via screen share.
  • Evaluate client business goals and systems integration requirements, recommending effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of presales experience or direct ownership of an e-commerce program generating $10M+ in GMV.
  • Must be located in Pacific or Mountain US time zones.
  • Proven experience applying a value-selling framework in complex sales cycles and using AI tools to elevate outcomes.
