Job Description

As a People Partner, you will lead onboarding, provide HR support, maintain employee records, and support benefits administration. You will collaborate with managers to drive engagement, retention, and performance, using insights to inform actions and improve processes. You will also guide managers through employee relations issues and strengthen the culture, DEI, performance management, and career development practices. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people partner roles in high-growth, international, or remote-first companies. They should be hands-on, empathetic, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions and time zones. Strong judgment, the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a test-and-learn mindset are crucial. The role involves frequent interaction with teams and stakeholders.
