Role Overview:
- The Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent.
- Provides consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience recruiting within the U.S. market, including knowledge of hiring practices.
- Familiarity with ATS and social media tools, and knowledge of HR principles.
Work Environment:
- Work Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines, with a remote setup.
- Work Hours: APAC 3rd Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT).
- Full-time position with a regular full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
