Job Description
Coordinate implementation of programs for clients in the direct response, financial services, retail, technology, and business enterprise industries, acting as a liaison between the client and the TP technical team. You will be responsible for implementation and lifecycle maintenance of client IVR programs.
Project management responsibilities include team leadership, compiling specifications and requirements, writing creative copy for IVR scripts, tracking project scope, schedule and costs, and managing tasks between client and technical resources. You will also review IVR programs for accuracy and sales effectiveness, analyze client reports to optimize scripts, identify process improvements, deliver customer service, prepare documentation and revenue projections, and ensure adherence to policies.
