Stakeholder Engagement
Contract Operations Management:
- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for extensive contract portfolio.
- Navigate complex contract terms and provide expert guidance on eligibility issues.
- Attend meetings such as contracting or cross-sell launches.
Practice Partnership & Contract Success:
- Partner directly with practices to ensure successful contract onboarding.
- Serve as primary point of contact for practice level contracting questions.
- Collaborate to identify and resolve barriers to contract performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as the SME of the Explorer market.
- Lead collaboration efforts to establish predictability to enable scalability.
- Work with Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, and Growth teams.
