ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Architect and execute the next stage of growth for Talon.One in North America.
- Lead a team responsible for driving disciplined, predictable 50%+ year-over-year growth.
- Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, coach and hire top talent.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Efficient pipeline management, pinpoint forecast accuracy, and instill rigorous deal qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC) across the team
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, CS, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from first-touch to renewal
