Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Architect and execute the next stage of growth for Talon.One in North America.
  • Lead a team responsible for driving disciplined, predictable 50%+ year-over-year growth.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization, coach and hire top talent.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Efficient pipeline management, pinpoint forecast accuracy, and instill rigorous deal qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC) across the team
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Product.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, CS, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience from first-touch to renewal

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • A clear track record as a 2nd-line (or higher) sales leader in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • You have built and scaled GTM teams before both on the strategy and the people side
  • You are data-driven.
