Responsibilities:
-Licensing & Expertise: Maintain required Property & Casualty and potential securities licenses, staying updated on products and compliance.
-Relationship Building: Foster ongoing trust with educators before, during, and after seminars through thoughtful follow-up and support.
-Collaboration: Work with internal teams to refine seminar content, share feedback, and enhance overall sales strategies.
Qualifications:
-Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent, plus 5+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
-Skills & Abilities: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to explain complex benefits and assess seminar performance.
