Job Description
Account Director is responsible for managing some of IDC's strategic and specific client relationships within the technology sector. This role is focused on delivering results to the company and the best possible customer experience to our valued clients. The Account Director will work closely with product teams to deliver customized market intelligence solutions that meet unique client needs, driving opportunities forward from discovery to closure. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing a pipeline of existing accounts, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $xxx and $xxx USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
