Job Description

About the role:

  • Build and own Dune’s outbound motion and pipeline creation engine.
  • Start as a player-coach, personally driving outbound, before growing and leading a small team of SDRs as we scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute Dune’s outbound and pipeline generation strategy across multiple channels.
  • Build and evolve a repeatable SDR playbook: account mapping, ICP segmentation, outreach sequencing, and qualification.
  • Partner closely with RevOps to ensure CRM excellence, clean data, accurate attribution, and scalable GTM processes.
