About the Role:

- You'll keep projects moving by clearing blockers, managing status, and pushing for the full implementation.
- You'll be the person the school's business office calls, from first working session to go-live.
Outcomes:
- Schools launch at the pace Sales sells, with strong CSAT scores and no rework.
- Every school goes live with the full recommended setup, ready for retention and growth.
- Time-from-first-working-session-to-launch keeps coming down as you improve the process.
About You:
- You bring implementation experience and the judgment to know where projects stall.
- You have technical fluency to translate between business offices and engineers.
- You're high-agency, resilient, and use AI tools as a normal part of work.
