Volunteer Screening Coordinator

iMentor is seeking a customer service and detail-oriented Volunteer Screening Coordinator to join the National Screening Team. VSCs play a pivotal role in preparing mentors to support mentees, guiding applicants through a screening process that assesses their suitability for the program. Through thoughtful interviews and application reviews, VSCs will oversee iMentor’s screening pipeline from start to finish. VSCs will connect with prospective mentors from NYC, Chicago and Baltimore and serve as a personal guide for the applicant. The VSC will conduct and transcribe phone interviews, equitably assessing applicants, reviewing references, and making recommendations regarding volunteer eligibility. The VSC should have familiarity and comfort as system administrator and will utilize Salesforce, Outlook and Form Assembly to manage and track confidential volunteer data.
