Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

• The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, documenting, and guiding the implementation of technical solutions for customers following the sale of Veeam products.
• You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures that align with Veeam best practices and support both customer-led and partner-led deployments.

What You Will Do:

• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments and identify opportunities for architectural improvements.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures, produce low-level design documents, and create reference architectures.
• Provide hands-on implementation support for on-prem, cloud, and Kasten deployments, and guide partner-driven implementations.

What You Will Bring:

• Extensive IT experience in solution architecture or technical leadership, with deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise storage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and translate business goals into technical strategies.
