About the Role:
- This is a senior-level position for engineers who have mastered MSP operations.
- You will own complex client escalations and lead technical project delivery.
- Must be able to work independently across cloud, networking, and security.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the senior escalation point for all L1 and L2 engineers.
- Design and deploy on-premises and hybrid server environments.
- Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and file server migrations to SharePoint.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of MSP experience is non-negotiable.
- Must demonstrate hands-on expertise across Windows Server, HyperV, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VLAN configuration, and patch management required.
