Your primary focus will be recruiting independently licensed, masterβs-level therapists, ensuring they meet stringent clinical, educational, and licensure requirements. You will proactively manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to maintain a steady flow of provider candidates. Extensive prospecting efforts are required to create outbound campaigns to generate new leads. This includes creating and executing outbound email and cold call campaigns to engage net new providers, utilizing creative approaches tailored to various segments of licensed therapists. Taking full responsibility for personal quotas and self-improvement by consistently seeking feedback is critical.
