Technical Delivery Analyst

About the Role:

• You will own delivery of software projects from inception to production, working alongside engineers to ensure work lands on time.
• You sit across multiple teams, coordinating dependencies, communication, and risks that no single team owns.
• This is not administrative — you must understand the technology, speak credibly with engineers, and translate technical reality for the business.

What You'll Work On:

• Delivery ownership: ensure infrastructure, testing, performance, and operational readiness are considered from the start.
• Communication: provide honest, accurate status updates tailored to audience — never spin, never hide.
• Risk management: identify risks early through genuine understanding and escalate with context.

What We Need:

• 2+ years in technical delivery, project management, or software engineering with strong hands-on technical experience.
• Comfortable reading code, reviewing pull requests, and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, confidence to raise difficult topics early, and ability to steady the room under pressure.
