Delivery Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide delivery insights — including capacity, predictability, and risk — that support realistic delivery plans.
• Maintain delivery alignment by monitoring team commitments, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and reinforcing focus on intended outcomes.
• Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes through structured reporting and proactive stakeholder communication.

• Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation and project management, with a track record of driving accountability across delivery teams.
• Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into actionable ideas and design solutions that improve delivery outcomes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead delivery efforts independently with minimal oversight.
