As a Healthcare Customer Service Rep, you will be making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers. You will outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments. You will make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information. To be eligible for the position, a minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps are necessary. Strong computer experience, experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and excellent customer service skills are also required.
