Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding.
- Deliver systems training and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent or Greater.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
