About the Role:
- Manage the move-in process for new residents in U.S. residential properties.
- Coordinate lease documentation, resident communications, and property readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule move-ins and ensure all requirements are completed before occupancy.
- Prepare lease agreements and collect required documents and payments.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property managers for unit readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of U.S. property management experience.
- Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and move-in procedures.
