About the Role:

  • This role combines operational coordination with accounting support for a U.S.-based short-term rental portfolio.
  • You will ensure accurate financial records, smooth property onboarding, and exceptional owner support.
  • You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting: Record transactions, AP/AR reconciliations, and issue monthly owner statements.
  • Operations: Coordinate property onboarding, manage utility accounts, HOA, and platform credentials.
  • Support: Resolve chargebacks, vendor issues, and service disruptions for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate English, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and QuickBooks experience.
  • Knowledge of AP/AR, bookkeeping, and U.S. taxes in short-term rentals is highly desirable.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
