Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end migration processes for multi-property portfolios, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as primary client liaison, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align requirements and remove roadblocks.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 4–6 years of experience in client services or property management.
- Experience leading large-scale projects preferred.
Additional Information:
- Travel requirement: No travel required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
