Job Description

This role is focused on leading and optimizing the strategy, operations, and systems for print and kit product management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, increase visibility into costs and timelines, and align physical product components with broader digital-first strategies. The position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and provide actionable recommendations that influence leadership decisions. You will also create frameworks, tools, and dashboards to enhance transparency and support data-driven decision-making across product lines. Accountabilities include assessing and unifying print and kit processes, building decision-making frameworks, developing and maintaining tools for visibility, acting as a liaison between Product Management and Print & Kit Operations, providing margin-focused recommendations, enabling and training product managers, monitoring performance, managing course-level improvements, and coordinating with internal teams. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product management experience, experience with print production or kit development, strong analytical skills, proficiency with project management tools, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to manage stakeholders.
