Recruiting Coordinator

Partner with the hiring team (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) in creating an incredible candidate experience and finding top candidates. You will be the face of the company and own our candidate experience and play a pivotal role in growing the business. Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM and EPD recruiting teams. Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team. Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
