Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for derivative products, targeting institutional and corporate clients in the crypto ecosystem. Identify and qualify high-value leads based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and market alignment. Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with Keyrock’s business objectives.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering tailored derivative solutions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and high client satisfaction. Proactively address client challenges, leveraging internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate with trading, product, and technology teams to design bespoke derivative and liquidity provision models. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing new derivative products to existing clients. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and blockchain innovations to ensure offerings remain competitive.
Conduct fundamental analysis of blockchain projects, token economics, and market trends to assess partnership potential. Develop risk-return models to support strategic recommendations and decision-making. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to enhance product development and market positioning.
Work closely with Corporate and Institutional Sales team colleagues to help market and recommend client strategy proposals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of derivative solutions. Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Represent Keyrock at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
