What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate Parchment’s solutions, lead customer discovery, and guide technical discussions on architecture and web services.
- Identify or design effective solutions for unique requirements, document implementation needs, and support RFI/RFP responses.
- Provide product feedback and share knowledge to support sales goals and team enablement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and background in academic technology or solutions engineering, with market expertise in K-12 or postsecondary education.
- Deep knowledge of systems integration (LTI, APIs), XML/JSON, relational databases, and SIS platforms like PeopleSoft, Ellucian, Workday, or PowerSchool.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, plus proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
