Senior Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products.
• Craft and deliver tailored product overviews and demonstrations to prospective higher education and secondary education customers.
• Manage client trials, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and academic audiences.
• Experience with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus.
