Technical Talent Sourcer (Contract)

Headway’s Talent team is seeking a Contract Sourcer to find and engage exceptional technology talent for our fast-growing teams. You’ll use trusted sourcing techniques and creative strategies to uncover talent beyond the obvious channels. Navigate niche communities, leverage referrals, and craft compelling outreach that stands out in crowded inboxes. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and ensure a seamless candidate experience from the very first interaction. This role involves sourcing top talent for technical roles (Product, Design, Engineering) using proven methods and creative approaches to engage hard-to-reach candidates. Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse while also tapping into talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, share market insights, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines. Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
