Essential Job Functions:
- Investigate and resolve Homeowners claims in a timely manner.
- Use imagery and video technology to collaborate with vendors.
- Communicate with insureds to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience using estimating software (Xactimate).
- Experience in property claims, customer service, construction, or restoration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Work independently to investigate and resolve property claims.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
