As Team Lead for Account Management, you will oversee Account Managers across multiple countries, ensuring seamless support and collaboration with restaurants, cafรจ and bar partners in each region. Work with our restaurants, cafรจ and bar partners globally to negotiate exclusive deals that add value for our users and elevate their experience. Continuously analyze feedback and performance data from diverse markets to enhance partner experience and refine processes based on unique regional needs. You help your team spot upselling opportunities within our partner base and optimize output for revenue generation while keeping partner satisfaction high. Shape and standardize effective Account Management structures and workflows across international teams, adapting strategies to local market dynamics. Partner with our marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure we meet global partner needs with innovative, market-specific solutions.
