Job Description:
- You maintain day-to-day financial records, including AP/AR, spend management, and GL reconciliation.
- You work in cloud accounting platforms and reconcile payment processor activity.
- You produce clean, documented schedules for review.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, current books with AP/AR, bill pay, and transaction categorization.
- Manage corporate card and spend activity, matching transactions to receipts.
- Perform GL reconciliations, post manual journal entries, and support month-end close.
Qualifications:
- U.S. person residing in the United States with 2+ years bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in cloud accounting software, Autotask, and spend-management platforms.
- Strong GL reconciliation, spreadsheet, and detail-oriented skills.
